| | | | | | | | PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Sundance, Tartesso and Central Water Treatment Facilities are in need of replacement of diffusers because they are experiencing pipe failure, which is causing separation. This issue is allowing fluid to enter and reduces the airflow needed to treat the wastewater. These diffusers need to be removed and replaced to insure compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) permit requirements.

Replacement of the diffusers will allow airflow needed for the wastewater treatment process. Installation of the diffusers will also allow the City to remain in compliance with ADEQ permit requirements.
