Council to take action on a final plat of Verrado East District-Phase 2B generally located north of Indian School and east of 197th Avenue (just north of Verrado Village Grove) within the Verrado East District.

GOAL 3: A Well-Planned Urban Community

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

The applicant has requested approval of the Final Plat Verrado East District Phase 2B (PLZ-17-00233). This 119 single-family lot subdivision is generally located north of Indian School and east of 197th Avenue (just north of Verrado Village Grove) within the Verrado East District within the Verrado Master Planned Community (Verrado CMP). The associated Preliminary Plat was approved on November 14, 2017.  The proposal is consistent with the character of East District, the approved Preliminary Plat and the Verrado CMP.

BENEFITS:

The approval of the requested final plat would enable the applicant develop additional single-family homes.

FUTURE ACTION: Council and staff; does this need to be communicated internally/externally?

No further action from the City Council is required at this time.
