The 75% Development User fee reduction in the Downtown Incentive District provides a development incentive within this area to encourage new development projects as well as redevelopment projects within the Downtown Incentive District.

Development Services staff will monitor the development activity within the Downtown Incentive District and provide a annual report of permit activity , value of the new or redevelopment within this area as well of the development user fee revenues which the city has forgone as a result of this incentive.
