| | | | | | | | PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant has requested a Minor Subdivision of a parcel located at the southwest corner of Southern Avenue and 239th Drive. Approval will create two parcels, one approximately 4.4 acres to be used as the site of an APS substation serving the industrial uses in the area, and the remaining approximately 74.9 acres to continue to be used as cropland until future commercial/industrial development occurs. 70-feet of right-of-way along Southern Avenue will be dedicated to the City as part of this Minor Subdivision.
