BENEFITS:
Reliable vehicles in good working order are essential to ensure that our Public Safety and City Departments are able to provide for the needs of our citizens of the City of Buckeye. As a vehicle ages, components become susceptible to a greater degree of unnoticeable wear and tear, leading to unexpected failures and malfunctions. Higher mileage vehicles are more likely to incur major component failures leading to increased down time, and expenses for parts and labor, not to mention decreased ability to respond to the mission of our city departments.

FUTURE ACTION: Council and staff; does this need to be communicated internally/externally?
Expected delivery time for vehicles is anticipated to be three months once ordered by the Fleet Management Division of Public Works
